Antalotians are a race that is very in tune with their natural psionic abilities. Though they have strict-to-harsh laws, antalotians civilization thrives. Radical reform movements are rarely heard of in their society. Antalotians are known for their merchants as well as their fighters highly trained with their innate psionic abilities.

Antalotians stand at about 5 to about 6 tall and typically weigh close to 200 pounds, with males and females ranging around the same heights, though the females are slimmer. Antalotian skin ranges from a light blue to a deep purple color. Usually venerable antalotians have a pale version of the color skin they had in their youth. Their eyes are yellow with no noticeable pupils (They do have pupils, but they are the same color as the rest of the eye). Antalotians grow hair only on their heads. This hair is usually black and dread-locked down to the shoulders (shoulder blades on women). Antalotian clothing is very fanciful, despite the societys strict laws. The life span of an antalotian is usually 200 years, reaching majority at the age of 25.

Antalotians can live anywhere, though they prefer mountains or grasslands. An antalotian country more often than not spans over a thousand miles. The conquering nature and strict laws of the antalotians is most likely the reason for such large countries to remain in power.

Combat
Antalotians are both a mercantile and martial race. Most train in the fighting arts, and some train their mind for combat in addition to skill with the sword. They fight honorably and rarely stab an opponent in the back.
Psionics (Sp): At willbiofeedback, call weaponry, combat precognition, compression, lesser metaphysical weapon, and vigor. The powers are manifested as a 1st level psychic warrior. Note: if the antalotian has levels in a psionic class (psion/psychic warrior), he uses those levels to determine the manifester level of his abilities.
Attack/Defense Modes (Sp): At willMind Thrust/Empty Mind.

Antalotian Traits (Ex): Antalotians benefit from a number of racial traits.
  • +1 racial bonus on all Will saves. This bonus is +2 psionic attack modes.
  • Low-light Vision: Antalotians can see twice as far as humans in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, etc.
Skills: Antalotians gain a +2 racial bonus on Diplomacy checks.

Antalotian Society
Antalotians live a life of commerce and order. They are excellent businessmen despite their physical appearance and stern nature. Antalotians also take the art of the mind and the sword seriously, thus many are well trained in at least one of these arts, or even both.

A typical antalotian town is much like a human town with one exception, the towns and houses are built entirely of crystal. Special enchantments allow certain parts of the buildings to be either translucent or opaque. Many travelers are awe-inspired by merely the sight of an antalotian town.

The antalotian town revolves around commerce. Thievery and crime in general, however, is almost unheard of inside the gates of an antalotian town. The strict laws and swift enforcement of these laws account for this. Those doing business with an antalotian know that they won't be swindled, and that they can't swindle an antalotian.

Antalotians are not a very pious people, feeling that the mind is the path to true knowledge. However, many antalotians do pay at least a minor homage to the deity Grasfum, who was once a great psychic warrior that ascended to the next level as a god.

Antalotian Characters
An antalotians favored class is the psychic warrior. Most antalotian clerics are worship Grasfum (grants the domains of Good, Law, Strength, and War). His favored weapon is a crystalline longsword (a longsword crafted of crystal).
