The Rokaijaihn (pronounce Ro-Kee-Ja-Yun) are a nomadic, independant mantis like people. They look like tall, sleek humanoids with varying shades of green exoskeloton depending on their gender. Males being a darkish forest green, females being a bright lime green. Old Rokaijahn also get darker or lighter depending on genders. Males become a blackish-green shade. Females become very pale with whitish-lime colour. They are about 7 1/2 ft. tall, females being slightly smaller. They have dinosuar like heads, but with no nostrils or no eyes, but a special organ in front of its brain constantly lets out an in-audiable sound cone 60 ft long. They also have sensitive ears and innate sense of location and direction. The only disadvantage they have is there minds are quite weak. People can use spells such as Suggestion, Geas and any other mind altering powers. This is why they tend to be a bit nervous around telepaths and enchanters. Otherwise they are a brave, fearless people who stop injustice and evil whereever and whenever they can help out. Many become adventurers just out of pure wanderlust and love for exploration. They live for about 120 years. They speak their own language Rokaijhni plus common, though many learn more for the pure intrest of it.

COMBAT
They are normally quite confident (if somewhat cocky) about their abilitys. They often charge into battle with no concern for their own safety, only others and their friends well-being comes into mind. Although sometimes they do this to show off.
Blindsight (Ex): Rokaijaihn have no visual organs but instead constantly let out an in-audible 60 ft. sonic cone. A Rokaijaihn can supress this ability at will.
Sonic Resistance (Ex): Rokaijhn have +5 resistance against sonic attacks, abilities or spells.
Damage Reduction (Ex): Because of their hard but flexible exo-skelotons, they take away 1 point of damage. This does not apply to magical or psionic attacks.

ROKAIJAIHN SOCIETY
They live just about anywhere. They can be lonely hermits to absolute city socialites. They are often adventurers and travel in gangs with any of the other races, since they hold no predujices against natural creatures. They often have a mild phobia of telepaths unless its one of their own kind. They have an unusual dislike of magic, they tend to distrust as a 'fake' form of power but they will not be hostile towards wizards or sorcerors. Psions and psychic warriors have taken the wizards place in their culture.

ROKAIJAIHN CHARACTERS
Rokaijaihn favored class is Fighter. They are not often savage enough to be barbarians. Psions and Psychic Warriors replace wizards and sorcerors, although there are always exceptions. Rokaijaihn clerics worship Iyekira (pronounced
I-Yak-Ki-Ra) the creator of Rokaijaihn and queen of freedom. They may choose any of the following domains: Chaos, Fire, Good and Strength.
