CHARGED ONE TEMPLATE
Charged creatures are the result of a supernatural adaptation that occurs in response to exposure to near fatal amounts of electricity. Charged creatures generally look the same as a normal creature, but their skin is a neon green. Their hair sticks up and crackles with static electricity. The creature has dark, cold eyes with harsh points of crackling yellow light eminating from them.
The Charged One Template can be applied to any creature that does not have the Electric subtype.
The new Charged One creature is identical to the base creature except as follows
Type: Creature gains "Electric" subtype. If it was a beast or animal it is now a magical beast.
Special Attacks: The creature gains supernatural Shocking Grasp attack twice per day and gains a supernatural power Identical to the psionic power My Light usable at will. The creature also gains a Greater Electric charge attack.
Special Qualities: The creature has the Electric subtype. As a result it is immune to electric damage.
Greater Electric Charge (Su): Usable Only once per day, the creature releases an enormous explosion of electricity and light dealing 2d6 electric damage and mimicing the effects of the spell Daylight. When it does this it is exhausted and immdieately it's hit points fall to 0, or one if it is a construct or undead, and cannot use it's other breath weapon again this day.
