They roam the realm of dream and protect those in sleeping peril. For example if a child is possessed by a demon, the dream filcher will know about and travel to the childs dreamscape while she is asleep and destroy the evil intruder. They have a deep hatred for infernal and abyssal creatures, especially those who huant peoples dreams. They have a liking to children and often befriend them while they sleep.Adults tend to dismiss the filcher as a dream, but children accept it as a real person and find its bizarre appearance wonderful. So maybe when a child claims to have an imaginary friend, they may have a factor of truth in it. They look like 6ft. ethereal filchers with yellow or bright green skin, with darker browns or greens covering its back and arms. They are also the only Filchers to wear cloths wicth is often strange, funny or exotic clothing with things like turbans, feathered musketeer hats, baggy trousers and jewel bedecked jackets.
