Ssychkicks (psi-chee-kicks) are beings whose minds and bodys work in a way so sadistic, violent and unmoral that not only society fear them, even the average chaotic humanoid does. They are shapeshifters that can take on all sorts of frightening and unmoral humanoid forms. They often absorb all detail and color leaving them as strikingly black and white creatures with an unusual illustrated look to them. They often take on massive and powerful forms. They speak common and undercommon, they want to spread anarchy to all societys above and below. However they also give loud, ear-harming noises, along with constant swearing and anti-fascist words and slurs to race and beliefs. If that wasn't bad enough, they never leave any taboo subject uncovered and can show images of horror, debuachery, cruelty and other kinds of evil to their victims.

COMBAT
Ssychkicks are difficult and unpredictable opponents. They have no sublety or tactics, they merely run at their prey without mercy or restraint using psionic powers at random and using their noisy bodys to their advantage as well as their powerful mind-shocking willpower.
Psionics (Su): At will- inflict pain, intrusive sense link, mass concussion, painful touch and tailor memory. These powers are as manifest by a 8th level psion.
Attack/Defense modes: At will- all/all
Taboo Visions (Su): Once every 5 rounds a Ssychkick can show a single target a vivid image of cruelty, decuachery or any other evil their foul minds can summon. The target must make a will save (DC 25) or take 1d4 points of tempory Int damage. Also the character must make a second will save if they failed the other will save or become panicked for 1d8 rounds.
Anarchist Form (Su): A Ssychkick doesn't have a natural form. However they always appear as some kind of human, how ever it's always a foul or disturbing one at that and as ever black and white in color. It may asume the form of any medium-size human as the spell alter self cast by a 18th level Sorceror. However this form is always black and white and often has horrifying features such as a bony exterior, hollow eyes, charred skin, etc.
Noise Aura (Ex): A Scychkick makes so much horrific ambience and white noise, many can feel the force whipping against their head and earsdrums. Once a round any living thing within 10 ft. of the beast must make a Fort save (DC 10) or suffer 1d4 points of subdual damage. Also those within 10 ft. have a -5 penalty to all listen checks for 10 minutes.

SSYCHKICK SOCIETY
They have no law or society. No subject is to taboo or unmoral. They are by nature cultural terrorists. Cultural terrorism, an attitude, a state of mind - not a set of values to be dogmatically followed. Cultural terrorism is a celebration of the power of the individual. Their aim is to pollute the minds of the public, to sow the seeds of insanity into society. Their victims are of all ages - everybody from the cradle to the grave. They enjoy in terrifying moral minded 'fascists'. They have a sadistic glee in using their taboo vision ability in showing scenes of extreme evil. For savage pleasure they often use their intrusive sense link power to give innocents the pain of their self-harming fetishes and tailor memorys to disturb and madden people, for the pure sadistic fun of it. Even more worringly, Ssychkicks have a small but sufficent group of humanoid followers, including humans who spread chaos and insanity for it's own need.

SSYCHKICK CHARACTERS
Unbelievably these creatures favored class is Bard. They are artists and musicians, but produce music and images so terrible that many but a few cant stand it without being severely shocked. A few decide to become masters of will-power and anarchy and learn to affect reality even further and become Psions.
